Joining the Product & Channel Marketing team, you will be the Global Marketing point of contact for partners, building and nurturing relationships with AID, pen and digital health partners across the world. Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, you will collaborate very closely with the Product Partner team and the regional teams to shape the strategy and contribute to grow our network of partners.
You coordinate cross-functional efforts to better understand the competitive landscape, market dynamics, opportunities and risks for our portfolio of connections, across key markets.
You lead strategic planning around Go-To-Market alongside the product partner team, working closely with competitive intelligence, business development, medical, clinical and the regions.
You design data and evidence generation plan to support GTM strategies, collaborating across clinical, market access, legal, regulatory, and other functions. Generate compelling and competitive claims including testing and approval.
You develop and own the Global Partner Marketing playbook – blueprints, templates and guidelines, process and operations to cooperate on marketing activations with partners, along with a library of evergreen assets.
You manage co-activations with partners at large HCP or DTC conferences, working closely with our HCP Brand Activation team and the regional teams involved.
You manage day-to-day relationships with partners. Centralize review and approval of all partner materials, both Dexcom and partner generated.
You own the partner dashboard: ensure KPIs and reporting alignment across markets, provide timely updates to leadership, product team partners and key stakeholders.
What makes you successful:
You have proven international experience, working with Canada, EMEA or APAC.
You have extensive marketing experience incl. product definition, positioning and branding. Experience with product launches is a must.
You have a stellar record of managing B2B partnerships.
You have strong analytical skills. Strategic Planning Experience or Business Development Experience would be a plus.
You are KPI and result-driven. Can show projects where they made an impact in the past.
You have developed sharp presentation skills, written and oral.
You are comfortable leading projects in coordination with 5 to 10 teams, in high pressure international settings.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary:
$100,700.00 - $167,900.00
