Karma and Luck is expanding its presence across major online marketplaces, and we are seeking a Head of Marketplace Growth to lead this initiative. This role is responsible for developing, launching, and scaling our brand across Amazon, Walmart, Zalando, Farfetch, and other global marketplaces.

As the Head of Marketplace Growth, you will be strategizing and executing marketplace expansion, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring seamless marketplace operations. You will work closely with eCommerce, marketing, product, and operations teams to drive revenue growth and maximize our brand’s marketplace potential.

Responsibilities:

Marketplace Expansion & Strategy

Develop and execute a global marketplace expansion strategy aligned with Karma and Luck’s growth goals.
Identify new marketplace opportunities and establish entry strategies.
Negotiate contracts and onboard Karma and Luck onto top-performing marketplaces.
Lead expansion into international markets, ensuring compliance with local marketplace regulations.

Sales Growth & Performance Optimization

Own and optimize marketplace P&L, driving sales, profit margins, and customer acquisition.
Implement pricing, promotion, and merchandising strategies to maximize revenue.
Develop and execute marketplace advertising and SEO strategies to boost visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor key performance metrics like ROAS, ACOS, LTV, and customer retention.

Operations & Compliance

Ensure seamless inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics for all marketplaces.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain optimized stock levels and fulfillment efficiency.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, brand protection, and customer service standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve marketplace issues, disputes, and account health concerns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with the eCommerce and product teams to optimize product listings, images, and content.
Partner with marketing teams to develop promotions, paid ads, and growth campaigns.
Coordinate with tech teams to implement marketplace integrations and automation solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze marketplace sales performance, customer behavior, and competitive trends.
Create reports and dashboards to track growth KPIs and present insights to leadership.
Leverage data to improve product assortment, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in marketplace growth, eCommerce, or online retail.
Proven track record of launching and scaling brands on Amazon, Walmart, Zalando, Farfetch, or similar.
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, paid advertising, and analytics.
Experience with Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and marketplace APIs.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
Ability to manage P&L, pricing strategies, and promotional budgets effectively.
Experience in inventory planning, fulfillment, and marketplace logistics.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
