Amazon Account Support

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting
    Updates all Workbooks for MTD and Inventory status
    Pulls Ad-Hoc reporting
    Catalog Management
    o Pulls weekly Chargebacks
    o Pulls customer reviews
    o Manage Born to Run offers
    o Pull weekly POs
    o New Item Setup

  • Updates and creates all variation groups
  • Scrub’s titles for errors; manages updates on titles, bullets, photos, etc.
  • Bulk uploads for any sort of item level change; content as stated above, as well as things like category, item level details, etc.
  • Case Management
    o Case Creation and follow up
    o Manage Compliance Issues
  • Account Management
    o Pulls listing scorecard
  • Marketing Management
    Scrubs Amazon to ensure deals go live

Qualifications:

  • It would be nice to have someone who has additional experience in understanding enhancing bullets/titles. So doing keyword research and
  • partnering with ads, to determine if we have opportunity to better our content.
  • Someone who is good at creative problem solving; someone who has a bit more experience and who will dig into an issue to resolve independently when possible
  • Experience in Amazon platform with reporting, case management and content. Experience in other platforms such as Walmart is a plus.
