Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office.

Position Overview

The Customer Experience Intern will report to the Senior Director of Customer Experience and Strategic Projects, focusing on enhancing customer-centric initiatives across pharmacy, front-store, and beauty departments. This role combines data analysis with practical implementation to drive meaningful improvements in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and enhance customer-centric training materials based on data-driven insights

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs and tailor service programs

· Work with multifunctional stakeholders to better understand customers and communities to identify opportunities, plan for growth, and tailor services and programs offered.

·Lead end-to-end complex projects with varying ambiguity levels with unstructured problems

· Create and deliver impactful presentations to leadership teams

· Transform analytical insights into actionable store-level improvements

Required Qualifications

· Currently completing third year of university

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

· Excellent project management and organizational skills

· Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

· Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

· Retail experience preferred, knowledge of pharmacy and beauty industries an asset
