Develop business relationships and acquire new business opportunities within the expanding Fiber and Sensing market in Germany.
Implement sales strategy for Fiber and Sensing system business and focus on local service and energy providers, key system integrators as well as their corresponding eco-system.
Understand the customer’s business pains especially on critical infrastructure topics.
Define and orchestrate the sales tactics in close relationship with the presales team, partners and the partner ecosystem.
Work closely with the account teams, partners and customers to drive the strategy and delivery of new solutions, products and services.
Use the internal tools and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
Anticipate any change in the market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.
Empathic personality with ability to develop strong relationships with customers at both sides, engineering and senior management level.
Helpful is project management experience and good presentation skills.
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical / Telcom Engineering / Information.
Technology and a minimum of 5 years industry experience.
Deep knowledge and experience in Fiber Optics.
Deep knowledge and network in Fiber Sensing market.
Affinity for IT topics.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and to be effective in high-pressure environments.
Strong communication skills in German and English.
Excellent interpersonal and team player skills.
