As a Global Sales and Marketing IT Manager you will ensure maximum effectiveness of IT solutions in support of NXP Sales teams. You will contribute to the development of an IT strategy to support the business process area (Sales IT), in line with overall NXP IT strategy, business objectives and business strategies. At the same time, you will be responsible for the development, realization, review and monitoring of the roadmap for the business process area applications. 

 

As the team leader, you will be an ambassador for the Scaled Agile and DevOps way of working within our global NXP organization. There is a lot of room for new ideas and innovations, and you will be supported to have a continuous focus on development, coaching and creating a supportive environment for your team. 

 

As a Global Sales and Marketing IT Manager, you collaborate with Senior Leaders in Sales and Marketing teams across NXP, Business Process Engineers, Project Managers and Architects in your own team as well as other IT teams, and you own applications such as Salesforce, Model N and our custom Marketing Pricelist Manager. You will lead, direct, guide and mentor members on the team – NXP employees as well as contractors. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Develop annual budget for the business applications and control, take corrective actions, and report regarding IT costs in order to manage the IT investments and IT operations, and comply with the broader IT annual budget. 

  • Responsible for the provision and improvement of IT services in the business process area, based on regular customer review and external benchmarking. 

  • Ensure staff resourcing and effectiveness with goals/behaviors.

  • Collaborate with business partners and other managers on the team as well as across IT to deliver quality end-to-end solutions. 

  • Work with stakeholders to define roadmap and strategy for the team.

  • Lead small teams of internal and external resources to deliver solutions.  Deliver solutions and continuously grow and develop your team.

Deliverables

  • Ensure on-time development and deployment of preferably standard IT applications, which have clear business benefits and enable or improve the business process. 

Support

  • Responsible for ongoing operations, support and improvement of the business process area (Sales) IT applications. 

Your profile:

  • BSc., or master’s degree in IT, computer science or similar qualifications

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant IT industry experience, ideally within a multi-national organization.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Model N or other Revenue Management Tools.

  • Experience of leading, directing, guiding and mentoring members of the IT teams.

  • Scaled Agile and DevOps way of working is good to have

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
