The Associate Benefits Professional 2 will be integral to enhancing the company's position as a leader in health and well-being. In partnership with the Well-Being and Benefits team, the incumbent will be responsible for creating and managing many of the behind to scenes processes that drive a successful benefits and well-being strategy. This will include process development and management, SharePoint organization, assisting with procurement efforts and large meeting management, assisting with targeted messaging and webinar support for internal audiences.
As part of the Associate Well-Being & Benefits team, this individual will create sustainable processes and support techniques to address business issues and achieve well-being and benefit goals.
A successful candidate would have experience in:
Familiarity with benefit terminology and processes.
Training with process or project management.
Advanced experience with SharePoint management.
Experience in leading webinars, hosting digital events and leading meetings.
Optional experience with procurement and invoice processing.
Sentiment trend analysis and reporting.
Major features and expectations:
Vendor contracting support:
Responsible for assisting contracting teams with organization of contracts.
Assist vendor relationship owners with successful invoicing and payment.
Must be comfortable summarizing vendor/benefit offerings and identifying terms in a contract.
Must completely understand the inner workings of the health plan including eligibility, payor and plan network, vendor relationships, claims processing, performance guarantees and service level agreements.
Partner with the well-being and benefits vendors to ensure connectedness in focusing on driving engagement and program participation. Create actions to evolve content and engagement strategies.
Associate engagement:
Responsible for hosting larger group meetings and coordinating team engagement activities/messaging.
Will maintain team SharePoint site and support team members with organization, folder management, and general updates.
Must be adaptable to change and pivoting based on needs, events and org. structure. Must be comfortable with instability and little direction.
Assist team with survey and testimonial monitoring and other documentation needs.
Mailbox management and data list development:
Must be confident in data file management including acquisition, manipulation and segmentation, validation and distribution.
Collaborate with internal communication teams to implement a communications strategy for the Well-Being and Benefits team.
Analyze key metrics and data points to identify targeted groups that may benefit from additional communication campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with benefit terminology and processes.
3+ years professional experience with managing processes and/or project management
High energy, self-starter needing minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
Demonstrated experience in all Microsoft applications and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification
Six Sigma certification
Demonstrated experience in data management and manipulation.
Demonstrated experience in research and segmentation.
Demonstrated experience in customer service or public relations and able to pivot and respond quickly.
Demonstrated passion for contributing to well-being.
