Job Summary:
We're seeking a driven, highly motivated Marketing Strategy & Operations Co-op to join our Marketing & Operations Strategy group. As a Marketing Strategy & Operations Co-op, you will gain exposure to all aspects of strategy work, including functional and commercial strategies in our product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services functions.
Through mentorship from senior members of the leadership team, you will help conduct analysis to shape Risepoint’s key strategic initiatives. Working on a cross-functional project basis, you will be responsible for helping to structure problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver value-add strategic recommendations to drive overall business growth. This co-op involves effectively managing uncertainty and ambiguity. A successful co-op will excel in creating structured and objective approaches to solve unstructured problems. This co-op will start in July 2025 and run through the end of December 2025.
