Contract RFP Specialist (remote in UK)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented contract RFP Response Specialist to join our dynamic Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive RFP responses that effectively showcase our company's capabilities and solutions to prospective clients.

• Review all recent RFPs: Get up to speed by reading all of our recent RFPs and seeing how we address different client size, industry, need, and geography. 

• RFP analysis: Carefully review and analyze RFP documents to identify key requirements, evaluation criteria, and proposal submission deadlines.

• Knowledge repository: Utilize and maintain a repository of frequently asked questions and their corresponding answers to streamline the RFP response process and improve efficiency.

• Content development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and develop compelling content for RFP responses. This includes writing executive summaries, company overviews, solution descriptions, and case studies.

• Proposal formatting: Ensure RFP responses are formatted and presented in a professional and visually appealing manner that adheres to RFP guidelines.

• Project and timeline management: Manage multiple RFP responses simultaneously and prioritize tasks. Collaborate with the Sales team, involve the right subject matter experts, and coordinate the team's work to meet tight deadlines.

• Continuous improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to enhance RFP response effectiveness and quality.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in crafting RFP responses or technical proposals.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.

• Exceptional fluency in English language, as the primary language for which RFP responses are completed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of the SaaS industry and Sustainability and its competitive landscape is a plus.

Note: this is a part-time, contract position with a target of ~20 hours per week
