JOB TITLE: Salesforce Administrator

REPORTS TO: Sr. Director of Business Ops

DEPARTMENT: Business Operations

FLSA STATUS: Full-Time; Exempt

** This role requires that you sit in Irving, TX Monday through Wednesday of every week, Thursday and Friday working remotely. **

 

SUMMARY

The Salesforce Administrator will manage and support our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data integrity, supporting users, and leading system upgrades and enhancements aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce data management, analytical skills, and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support our Digital Transformation strategy

· Maintain and manage data integrity within Salesforce, including data entry, validation, and cleansing and user management. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across the system.

· Stay updated on new Salesforce releases, products, features, and AI innovations; implement them as needed.

· Perform in-depth analysis of Salesforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Provide recommendations based on data findings to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

· Identify and implement improvements to Salesforce data management processes and workflows to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

· Provide support and training to Salesforce users on data-related issues, report generation, and best practices. Address and resolve any data-related inquiries or problems.

· Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, operations, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure system integration and data consistency.

· Maintain detailed documentation of data processes, report specifications, and system configurations. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

· Ensure that data management practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications, e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Junior Administrator are required.

· Minimum of 1+ years of Salesforce CRM and data analysis required, 3+ years preferred.

· Experience in the healthcare staffing industry preferred.

· Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including system maintenance, automation and flow building. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights a plus.

· Experience and passion to driving towards AI product solutions and enhancements.

· Experience with Salesforce reporting tools, data import/export processes including use of Data Loader, and data management best practices. Knowledge of Salesforce Apex and Visualforce is a plus.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings and insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

· Industry experience including Healthcare Staffing or Staffing in general is a plus.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
