We need an English-fluent Recruiter, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for clients in the US.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for available positions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
Facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, providing support and guidance as needed.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates.

Requirements:

1 + years of experience in HR recruitment, for different positions and levels.
Preferred experience hiring for the US.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient English (Advanced).
A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
Experience using various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks, etc.).
Experience with LinkedIn recruiter, internal database, and referrals.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and goals.
Solid understanding of HR practices.

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
