We need an English-fluent Youtube Channel Growth Manager, based in Colombia, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the client's’ mission, showcasing startups, members, sponsors, and partners.
Content Creation: Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to produce high-quality video content, including interviews, case studies, success stories, event highlights, and educational series.
SEO & Algorithm Optimization: Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance discoverability and drive organic growth.
Audience Engagement: Foster a strong community by actively engaging with subscribers, responding to comments, and incorporating viewer feedback into content planning.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports on growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other YouTube channels to amplify reach and visibility.
Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to accelerate subscriber growth and increase channel visibility.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the channel remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in growing YouTube channels, with a strong portfolio of past successes.
Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and best practices for video content.
Strong video editing skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and content creation.

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,600 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
