What truly sets Mixbook apart is our commitment to creating a workplace where you can thrive both personally and professionally. We value collaboration, open communication, and a growth mindset. We believe in empowering our team members to take ownership, embrace challenges, and make a meaningful impact.

Our culture is built on a foundation of trust, constructive feedback, and a shared passion for delivering outstanding results. If you're looking for a place where your contributions are valued, your voice is heard, and you can grow alongside a talented team, then Mixbook is the place for you.

At Mixbook, we are dedicated to creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers to print and share their memories. We are seeking a passionate and strategic eCommerce Merchandising Manager to optimize our product presentation, making it effortless for customers to discover and engage with the right products. This role is pivotal in driving higher conversions, increasing average order value (AOV), and supporting our continued growth.

We’re looking for someone naturally curious, data-driven, and resourceful - someone who thrives on finding innovative solutions to enhance the search and browse experience. Reporting to our Sr. Director of eCommerce, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, turning merchandising strategies into reality and continuously improving the customer journey.

Location

This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in the Eastern Time Zone (or willing to work in EST) to ensure sufficient overlap with our team. Occasional travel may be required.

What You'll Do
  • Enhance site navigation, browse, and filtering to create an intuitive and inspiring shopping journey, making it easier for customers to explore categories and discover the right product fit.
  • Optimize the search experience by managing and improving searchandizing efforts, ensuring customers find what they need quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop and manage product recommendations, cross-sells, and upsells to drive higher conversion rates and increase average order value.
  • Strategically plan and execute merchandising campaigns around key seasonal trends, promotions, and collections to maximize engagement and sales.
  • Leverage site behavioral data (via tools like GA4, Mixpanel, HotJar, etc.) to identify opportunities for improving product discovery, search performance, and merchandising effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and engineering teams to align merchandising strategies with broader business goals.
  • Continuously test and iterate on merchandising strategies using A/B testing tools to improve customer experience and business performance.
What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of eCommerce merchandising experience with a strong track record of optimizing product presentation to drive engagement, conversion, and AOV.
  • Hands-on expertise with searchandizing platforms and content management systems to manage search results, recommendations, and product discovery features.
  • Ability to use data to inform decision-making with experience leveraging site behavioral insights (GA4, HotJar, Clarity, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.) to optimize search and navigation.
  • Experience planning and executing merchandising strategies around seasonal events, promotions, and key shopping periods to drive sales.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Monetate) and familiarity with UX research methodologies and tools (UserTesting, Baymard).
Why Mixbook?

At Mixbook, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll contribute to a product loved by millions and help people create lasting memories. You'll thrive in a healthy culture that values collaboration, growth, and open communication.
