SunStaches - Amazon eCommerce Specialist

We’re looking for an Amazon Ecommerce Specialist who’s got extensive Amazon Seller Central experience and thrives in a proactive, detail-oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in managing and growing our presence on Amazon and other marketplaces like Walmart, Kohl’s, and Target.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
📦 Manage daily operations for all ecommerce businesses, including checking Slack, answering questions, creating content and tracking shipments.

🤝 Work directly with outside agencies (3 in total) to manage listings and product 

📧 Push along Amazon-related emails and ensure product information is always up to date.
🗓️ Maintain and take action on a yearly calendar for new product launches, promotions, and peak seasons.
🛒 Ensure all content on Walmart, Kohl’s, and Target aligns with our brand and meets deadlines.
✍️ Create and proofread product copy to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
🔍 Monitor sales, listings, reviews, and pricing daily to identify and address issues.

☑️ Work closely with internal team to check on product approvals, confirming all products are approved and all necessary information for shipping is dispersed to the teams

📸 Oversee content creation, including timelines for photos and ensuring all materials are prepared before deadlines.

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with working hours until 11am PST.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ 3+ years experience within similar role

✅ Extensive Amazon Seller Central experience

✅ Photoshop and Photography knowledge a must

Brownie points for:

⭐ Walmart.com experience

⭐ Content flavor copy writing and content creation

We’re looking for someone proactive who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You’re detail-oriented, keeping a close eye on daily sales, reviews, and listings to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’re great at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring our products shine across all marketplaces.

💰 $1500 - $2000 per month*

🌴 PTO: 20 days of paid vacation time + 5 sick days off
