We are experiencing exciting growth and as such we are seeking a Sales Development Representative that will be part of our team!


Working as a Sales Development Representative at Grip, your role will be to assist the Sales Director with administrative tasks and provide general support throughout the sales process.

What will you be doing?

  • Enter new prospects in the CRM sytem and maintain accuracy.
  • Develop and support campaigns that are executed by the GRIP marketing team to support pipeline growth.
  • Manage and qualify leads: use online and offline sources to cultivate new leads and develop as well as maintain your pipeline.
  • Support the Sales Director with the view to help build a robust pipeline and meet new business KPIs: make introductory calls, assess opportunities through qualifying process, leverage available resources.
  • Document all the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities via our CRM system appropriately.
  • Report on progress to the Direct Line Manager.
  • Fill in the timesheet to make sure time is used effectively.
  • Support by being an active participant in new business planning.
