Join GrowthAssistant as a Sales Operations Associate!

We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team by managing CRM systems, analyzing performance data, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving and process optimization.

This position reports to the Sales Director and will work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth through operational excellence.


Salary Range:  PHP 80,000 - 95,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management:
  • Oversee and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and proper pipeline tracking.
  • Support sales leadership with reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
Sales Analytics & Performance Reporting:
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline trends, and revenue forecasts to provide actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that help track team progress toward goals.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend process improvements.
Process Optimization & Project Management:
  • Implement and refine sales processes to streamline operations and increase conversion rates.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for new sales team members on tools and workflows.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Support for Sales Execution:
  • Assist Sales Managers with prospecting tools, lead assignments, and contract tracking.
  • Manage deal flow and follow up on outstanding contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure seamless handoff of new accounts from Sales to Customer Success.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related role
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and data visualization.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to sales leadership.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL for querying sales data.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or Salesforce Flows.
  • Background in revenue operations or finance.
