Your day to day responsibilities are:
We are looking for a pro-active and customer-oriented Travel & Expenses Support Intern who understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. By fulfilling this role you will be responsible for supporting the daily work of the T&E Support Team by:

  • Providing timely support, guidance and high level of customer service to internal customers from card application to expense management in order to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Staying curious, open-minded and always willing to learn more

  • You have ongoing Hungarian university studies
  • You have an excellent command of English and German and outstanding communication skills
  • You have a customer oriented mind-set and you are creative, enthusiastic, pro-active and open to taking over new tasks

  • It is an advantage if you have experience in a shared service environment, preferably customer service area
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks and problem solve thoughtfully
  • You are a strong team player with ability to work in a virtual team environment
  • Available for 20-30 hours per week
