Performance/Digital Marketer

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
ands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads,etc.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Mixpanel, and event tracking
Experience with landing page builders like Webflow, Unbounce, Elementor, or WordPress
Strong A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization) skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimization
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing (bonus)
Ability to work independently and drive growth initiatives from start to finish

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (Key Responsibilities):

Landing Page Creation & Optimization:

Design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages (using Webflow, Unbounce, WordPress, etc.)
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates

Analytics & Conversion Tracking:

Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other tracking tools
Implement event tracking and attribution models to measure campaign success
Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and optimize marketing efforts

Paid Advertising & Growth Marketing:

Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Run and scale retargeting campaigns
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for high ROI
Manage budgets and optimize ad spend

Growth Hacking & Experimentation:

Identify new acquisition channels and run rapid growth experiments
Use automation tools to optimize processes and scale marketing efforts
Test and improve ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work with designers, developers, and copywriters to create high-performing campaigns
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key growth metrics

HOW DO WE WORK?

We are a distributed team of more than 130 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We value open communication, proactivity, and work/life balance and we measure our freelancers on performance, rather than on the time spent on the job.
