Job Summary: |
The Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in the future growth and transformation of SMI by supporting the expansion of SMI’s product suite. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of emerging products and work collaboratively with a dynamic team to drive innovation and a best-in-class product experience. Your responsibilities will include collecting market research, understanding customer needs, and working across a cross-functional team to ensure successful product launches.
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in product management, a proven track record of launching successful products, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of technology and the product development process.
This location-agnostic role has core business hours in the Eastern time zone. The role will report to the Director of Product Management. |
Key Functions/ Basic Duties: |

Education and/ or Experience: |
· 3+ years experience in product management · Deep understanding of financial systems, payments, and financial technology domains · Deep understanding of the product development process · Collaborative problem-solving and ideation in a highly ambiguous environment · Excellent communication skills; written and verbal · Deep curiosity for how complex financial systems work, and ability to internalize and analyze this information quickly · Experience delivering quality software that solves business and user needs · Data-driven and excellent analytical skills |
Language Skills: |
Fluent in English. |
Computer Skills: |
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office. Knowledge and familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or tools that are used for software development |
