 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with application and infrastructure observability solutions to ensure optimal application availability, reliability, and performance. 
• Partner with Engineering teams to identify, develop, deploy, and maintain reliable systems and services. 
• Assist in sustaining a high level of reliability and performance in our cloud infrastructure. 
• Update and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and knowledgebase articles. 
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis to improve system reliability. 
• Implement and monitor metrics and logging systems to detect and resolve issues proactively. 
• Contribute to the automation of repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency. 
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement to stay updated with industry best practices. 
• Knowledge of object-oriented or structured query languages such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, and DQL. 

Required Education and Experience

• In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area. 
• 3.0 GPA or higher. 
• Junior, Senior and graduate-level students. 

Preferred Education and Experience

• Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required. 
• Passion for solving technological challenges and improving IT systems. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.  
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
