SUMMARY
The Credentialing Client Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging and building strong relationships with MSP/clients Credentialing contact to ensure that services related to Credentialing are seamlessly delivered. They are responsible for a variety of deliverable and tasks, such as managing client expectations, monitoring, and managing KPIs, requirements management, issue resolution, leading special projects and boosting the client experience while supporting organizational goals.
** Not a people management position. However, must be able to influence without authority to impact opinions, decisions, and action of others to lead to expected service delivery outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a deep understanding of client’s credentialing expectations to gain insights into the scope of service delivery needs and requirements.
- Take accountability for service delivery performance, meeting client expectations and organizational goals.
- Monitoring and managing to client and organizational KPIs and metrics to ensure optimal service
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
- Take ownership of escalations and critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between internal and external resources
- Ensure that procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
- Recommend methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for improving service delivery while balancing cost effectiveness and efficiencies
- Provide reports to management on service delivery performance
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
- Must have ability to support business projects such as job action events (strikes) on weekends, and after hours as needed.
- Works across all companies: Fastaff, USN, Trustaff, and other brands as needed
- Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare, staffing, or human resources environment is preferred
- Minimum of two years business to business client service delivery
- Two years of leading project teams and projects
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high stress situations
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- A disposition to function in a team environment and to maintain confidentiality
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to use tact, discretion, and independent judgment to analyze and resolve work problems
- Displays a strong sense of urgency with the ability to self-motivate and remain flexible
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Travel may be required to accommodate client meetings,
- Must have use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
- Must have manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard, and mouse
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing

Compensation Range
$51,700.00 - $64,600.00
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
