We are seeking a highly organized, experienced and analytical Promotion Specialist to manage promotional projects, analyze promotional data, and collaborate closely with the product team to enhance promotional features. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of promotional strategies, and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions with an advanced level of critical-thinking and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

•  Manage and oversee promotional projects and tasks from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in managing promotional projects or similar roles.

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of analytical and project management tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent organizational skills, responsibility and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across departments and in a multicultural environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and promotional mechanics is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Master’s degree in the same areas would be a plus.
