WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

A support analyst will work in the Finance Robotics Process Automation of Nike and will focus providing technical support and maintenance for our Automation Anywhere (A360) platform, ensuring that our automation solutions are running smoothly and efficiently.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In this role, we are looking for self-driven individuals who have deep technical knowledge in the RPA domain. The core competencies required for this role include -

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in automation, preferably with Automation Anywhere (AA)

• Strong technical background, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#

• Experience with automation tools, including Automation Anywhere (Preferred) , UiPath, or Blue Prism

• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a support analyst you'll be a key pillar of the RPA production support team. On a day-to-day basis, you'll focus on –

• Provide technical support for Automation Anywhere (A360) platform, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues.

• Maintain and update A360 software, including installing patches, updates, and new versions.

• Collaborate with development team to identify and resolve technical issues related to automation scripts.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for A360 platform, including user guides, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

• Provide training and support to end-users on A360 platform, including creating and delivering training materials.

• Participate in the development of new automation solutions, including designing, testing, and implementing new automation scripts.

• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities and develop business cases for new automation projects.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure A360 platform is integrated with other systems and applications.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to stay up to date on new technologies and best practices.
