Mission:

Your mission as a Senior Product Designer on the Consumer Platform team is to craft secure, seamless, and engaging user experiences that build trust and drive transactions within the app. You will lead design efforts for the Identity and Engagement squads, defining the security and information architecture (e.g., 2FA, login, biometrics) while enhancing user engagement and adoption. You’ll bridge cross-functional teams, applying user-centered design principles to shape innovative solutions for key financial product workflows.

What you will do

  1. Enhanced User Adoption & Retention: Increase user interaction with core mobile app features.

  2. Launch of Secure & Scalable Solutions: Design and implement secure, user-friendly features like 2FA, login flows, and biometrics, ensuring scalability and compliance with security standards. Simplify the onboarding experience for new users.

  3. Establishment of Design Best Practices: Define, document, and integrate user experience principles for security and transactional workflows, ensuring alignment with the design system and improving consistency.

  4. Validated User Insights: Ensure all initiatives are data-informed, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to guide decisions.

Competencies:

  • Product Designer Experience:

    • Minimum 5+ years as a Product Designer or similar role, ideally in consumer-facing apps or fintech.

    • Proven ability to design secure, intuitive user flows for sensitive information handling (e.g., 2FA, login, biometrics, or payments).

  • Technical expertise:

    • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, user research, and interaction design.

    • Expertise in tools like Figma, and ability to create high-fidelity prototypes.

    • Strong skills in information architecture, workflow mapping, and design systems integration.

    • Proficiency in interpreting and applying data-driven insights (e.g., A/B testing, heatmaps).

    • Problem-Solving Capability: Demonstrates a structured approach to solving design and user experience challenges. Quickly identifies root causes and proposes creative, actionable solutions to complex problems.

    • Empathy and User Advocacy: Always prioritizes user needs, maintaining a deep understanding of their pain points to design solutions that balance usability and business goals.
