Responsibilities:

  • Support a user base of 250 remote employees in Latam, US, and elsewhere for all things IT. 
  • Install, manage, upgrade, integrate, and configure existing and new software applications, currently just over 200 products
  • Perform employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including setup and configuration in both software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a mostly Apple environment
  • Monitor system performance and identify anomalous activities
  • Document helpdesk tickets, support issues, and technical specifications
  • Compliance related activities such as assigned access reviews, hardware reports, etc. 
  • Coordinate with vendors and evaluate applications as needed
  • Manage user access to applications and resources
  • Contract and cost negotiations to renew key applications
  • Document processes and IT workflows.

Experience/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, system admin, or closely related field (or equivalent experience or certifications such as A+, Security+, Network+, others)
    • 4 to 6 years of system administration experience or related helpdesk experience
    • Experience with Macs and Windows laptops, mobile device management (MDM) solutions, Microsoft, Google workspace, Slack, Jira ticketing, anti-virus solutions, data loss prevention solutions, multi-factor authentication, and single-sign-on solutions
    • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
