THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Creative Strategist - Paid Social to orchestrate a symphony of creativity and data-driven insights within our Paid Social team. The role requires blending creativity with data to craft compelling content to fuel our digital presence and growth. Working collaboratively with various teams, this role will help ensure our brand and sales narrative remains compelling and relevant in today’s ever-evolving digital landscape on channels including Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. This role will be key to making a lasting impact and propelling our brand to new heights in the world of Paid Social media.

The ideal candidate exhibits passion and enthusiasm for crafting impactful ad creatives and problem solving, along with being adept at making informed decisions driven by data.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead end-to end development of performance-driven creative content, from conceptualization to execution by creating testing strategies, crafting briefs and managing production schedules
  • Interpret results provided by Media buyers/influencer team during creative performance reviews
  • Identify and address Paid Social’s content needs across diverse channels, generating compelling briefs for creative partners and overseeing timely delivery
  • Develop creative briefs for editors and shot lists based on new or promising concepts and performance insights
  • Manage cross-functional work with video editors, copywriters to ensure impactful content for paid channels
  • Collaborate with the Creator Partnerships team to identify relevant influencers and secure content rights for paid channel promotion.
  • Partner with Customer Insights team to leverage insights to craft tailored content frameworks, ensuring messaging resonates with target personas throughout the customer journey
  • Work with Brand and Creative team to be aware of new commercialization of messaging, research and brand moments
  • Partner with Legal team to oversee legal and licensing matters related to content usage
  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity by aligning content initiatives with overarching brand initiatives and positioning
  • Conduct industry research on what’s working well and review customer feedback to gather inspiration and refine creative strategies
  • Translate creative insights into actionable strategies that align with our results-focused content strategy
  • Maintain ad naming conventions and taxonomy to ensure consistency and clarity across campaigns
  • Establish documentation processes to organize and store content assets and brief.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3-5 years of experience in-house or at a top-tier agency, showing experience in leading performance creative strategy across paid media channels. DTC experience is highly desirable
  • Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing channels and adeptness with creative best practices
  • Strong analytical prowess, capable of extracting insights from data and translating them into actionable creative strategies
  • Process-oriented mindset to support identifying team needs and contributing to the development of efficiency workflows
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to collaborate relationships and articulate ideas effectively
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an unwavering “can-do” attitude
  • Demonstrated interest in the broader cultural landscape cross social media, spanning health and wellness, sport, social trends, etc

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
