Job description

Mira Search, a top HR agency in Dubai, is hiring on behalf of our partner—a global IT product holding company specializing in iGaming, innovative technology, and marketing solutions. Since 2017, they have been delivering cutting-edge digital marketing, creative design, traffic management, and payment system solutions for the international entertainment industry.

They are looking for a proactive and results-driven Media Buyer to lead their advertising strategy, optimize media buying processes, and drive performance. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for building strong media strategies, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook;
  • Selecting converting creatives that pass moderation in the igaming industry;
  • Working on increasing ROI;
  • Conducting A/B tests, identifying effective combinations and purchasing structures;
  • Planning and analyzing user acquisition results;
  • Handling, creating and analyzing a large number of creatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in the position of Media Buyer in the gaming industry for 1 year or more;
  • Experience working with Facebook;
  • Proven success with previous cases;
  • Experience in working with large budgets;
  • Experience of working with applications on iOS and Android platforms;
  • Experience in composing clear tasks for designers;
  • Ability to effectively work with Tier-2 and Tier-3;
  • Good analytical skills for working with data, figures, and metrics;
  • Responsibility and initiative in work, results-oriented.
  • Fluent English and Russian speaker.
