Job description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing startup team.

This is a fully remote position, operating within the Dubai time zone (GMT+4).

As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, playing a critical role in building and supporting a thriving and engaged workforce. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be responsible for recruiting (IT positions), and all HR cycle duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management: Assist with the performance review process, providing support to managers and employees.
HR Administration: Manage employee records, maintain HR systems, and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws.
Compensation & Benefits: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Culture Building: Contribute to building a positive and engaging company culture.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in startups.
Startup Experience: Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Russian is required.
Time Zone: Ability to work remotely within the Dubai Time Zone (GMT+4).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
