We are now looking for a detail-oriented License Compliance Analyst to join our License Compliance team. In this role, you will identify and qualify software compliance cases, conduct thorough research to validate potential violations, and ensure that qualified cases are passed on to the sales team for resolution. This junior role requires strong data analysis, research skills, and attention to detail.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify compliance cases by analyzing our Case Management System (CMS) data.

  • Conduct online research to validate potential license violations and ensure accurate company/user information.

  • Maintain and update detailed records in the company CRM system and other compliance tracking tools.

  • Locate relevant contacts for the identified cases and facilitate outreach where necessary.

  • Create and assign opportunities in the company CRM system to the appropriate sales representatives.

  • Track and report the monthly number of qualified cases, aligning with KPI targets.

  • Ensure compliance processes adhere to internal policies and industry best practices.
