Are you a high-energy, motivated and driven individual committed to building your career in sales? As an Enterprise Account Executive on ON24’s New Business team, you’ll be responsible for sales of our suite of webcasting tools to net new named accounts. If you are smart, ambitious, and passionate about selling a marketing solution that revolutionizes the way webinars generate leads and engage customers, then we want to hear from you. 

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Proactively identify, engage, and close new business opportunities by qualifying and securing meetings with key decision-makers across marketing, demand generation, corporate communications, training, IT, procurement, and sales.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate ON24’s value proposition and align with customer objectives.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to prospects, diagnosing business needs, recommending tailored solutions, preparing detailed proposals, and driving contract execution.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual activity and revenue targets set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce.com, including prospecting activity, opportunity status, revenue forecasts, and next steps.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices by participating in sales seminars, meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.   
  • Develop deep product expertise, ensuring a strong command of ON24’s solutions, pricing models, and contract structures.
  • Engage in in-person customer interactions, including travel as required to cultivate relationships and accelerate deal cycles. 
Skills & Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience). 
  • 7+ years of direct B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas. 
  • Expertise in selling into marketing, corporate communications, and demand generation teams at enterprise organizations. 
  • Ideally, selling to B2B Tech, Financial Services, and/or Life Sciences 
  • Demonstrated success in executing high-impact virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations. 
  • Proven ability to develop and close net-new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise accounts, with a strong “hunter” mentality. 
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and selling to multiple stakeholders within large organizations. 
    • Ideally, leveraged “best in class” selling methodologies / processes: MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, et al. 
  • Strong technical & business acumen, with the ability to translate product capabilities into customer value. 
  • Highly strategic, with a consultative sales approach and a strong ability to align solutions with customer objectives. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail in forecasting, contract negotiation, and follow-through. 
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to command executive-level conversations. 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment and demonstrates adaptability in response to evolving business needs.

The base pay range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000. This range is not a guarantee of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on relevant experience, education, skills, location, and other applicable factors.
