Role: Virtual Assistant

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time

Work Setup: Work from Home 



Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Operations & Customer Support 

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media. Manage student memberships, billing, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate class schedules, events, and private lesson bookings.
  • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and financial record-keeping

Marketing & Social Media Management 

  • Create and schedule content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, etc.). 
  • Design promotional materials using Canva or similar tools. Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions. 
  • Respond to online reviews and engage with the community. 

Sales & Lead Generation 

  • Follow up with prospective students and trial class attendees. 
  • Track and update lead information in the CRM (Zen Planner, GymDesk, MindBody, etc.). 
  • Assist with promotional partnerships and local business outreach. 

Event Planning & Management 

  • Coordinate special events, seminars, and competitions. 
  • Handle registrations and logistics for in-house events. 
  • Assist in securing sponsorships or partnerships. 

General Administrative Support 

  • Organize files and documents related to the business. 
  • Assist with email management and scheduling for the owner. 
  • Research business opportunities and operational improvements.

Qualifications: 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Experience with administrative tasks, preferably in fitness or martial arts businesses. 
  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation. 
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Canva. 
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial tracking (preferred but not required). 
  • Familiarity with Apple products (Mac, iPhone, iCloud, etc.) and their ecosystem.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Preferred): 

  • Experience with martial arts, fitness, or gym management. 
  • Knowledge of website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Experience using CRM or scheduling software (Zen Planner, GymDesk, MindBody, etc.).
