Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs
Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients
Guide candidates through the hiring process, offering interview tips and insights
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress using an ATS
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market shifts
Promote job openings and enhance employer visibility through networking and social media

Requirements:

Proven experience with the full-cycle talent acquisition process
Sourcing and recruitment tools proficiency
Skilled in conducting interviews, assessing both technical and soft skills, and determining the best fit for a given role
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, and recruitment automation tools
Capable of working autonomously, handling multiple job openings simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines
Ability to quickly adjust to various industries, client expectations, and hiring approaches.
Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
English - Intermediate+
