Enterprise Account Executive - DACH Territory

Location: Fully Remote (Based in UK, Netherlands, or Hungary)

Languages: Native/Fluent French OR German + English

£120K Basic X 2 OTE + Uncapped Commission + Growth Opportunities

A well-funded SaaS company is looking for 2 ambitious Enterprise Account Executives to take ownership of the German market. This is a rare opportunity to build and expand a key European region, selling a market-leading developer-focused solution that is transforming the mobile development space.

The Opportunity

As the dedicated Enterprise AE for your region, you will own the full sales cycle and drive strategic expansion in your market. If successful, you will play a key role in growing the region, shaping future sales strategies, and building out the business.

What Youll Do:

  • Take full ownership of either the German market, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Engage with engineering leaders, mobile development teams, and technical decision-makers, demonstrating the value of a cutting-edge DevOps/CI/CD platform.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on enterprise-level deals.
  • Build long-term, consultative relationships and drive strategic account expansion.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with market needs.

What You Bring:

Experience selling to a developer audience (DevOps, CI/CD, mobile tooling, or related SaaS solutions).

Fluent in either German + English at a professional level.

Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise SaaS sales.

Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable building and expanding a key growth region.
