Software Recruiter/ Sourcing Specialist (6-12 months fixed-term contract)

We have exciting projects underway, which is why we are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter on a 6-12 months fixed-term contract to help us attract top talent (DevOps, Software Engineers, UX Designers, Software Architects) for our R&D department. The role can be based either remote in UK, Spain, or Netherlands, or on a hybrid base (20% office) in Berlin, Bensheim or Hanau/ Germany or Bratislava, Slovakia).

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and engage candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Identify and attract top talent for a range of IT roles (DevOps, Software Engineers, UX Designers, Software Architects etc.).
Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and role requirements.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) and provide regular status updates to hiring teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, especially talent sourcing.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, with the ability to assess candidates’ technical abilities.
Advanced skills in candidate sourcing, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and specialized IT platforms.
Strong ability to conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and meet deadlines.
