Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Team Training and Development: Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Project Management: Utilize Jira to track project progress, manage backlogs, and generate reports that provide insights into team performance and project status.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and team members to clarify requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment on project goals. Must foster a positive, results-oriented, action-oriented, team-based environment
Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles that hinder team progress, promoting a collaborative and problem-solving environment.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team dynamics and performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and engagement.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project updates, challenges, and achievements.

The skills you will need:
Ability to influence, communicate effective plans, and build trust among cross-functional engineering teams and leaders.
Responsible for managing and optimizing project and portfolio management processes, including demand and capacity management for assigned programs/areas, governance, value capture, and investment decisions.
Acts as a business lead to support projects and products while building relationships with Business Owners Contribute to developing, managing, and driving standardization and change management of Planning processes, templates, and work products as applicable across Department.
Continually assesses project needs and resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
Proactively monitors and manages dependencies, risks, issues and scope, ensuring appropriate level or priority, visibility and escalation.
Ensures business readiness, testing, and acceptance of project results where necessary,
Develop, coordinate, and facilitate meetings and presentations that are tailored for all audience levels and geared towards providing executive decision support and updates on projects/ comprehensive plans Identifies evolving business needs, industry trends, and advancements; drives the Marketing department to adapt.
Supports the validation and development of business cases, success criteria, performance metrics, reporting, project charters with Business and Technology Customers.
Works with leader to align on priorities, constructively address project work, and build personal development plans.
Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description

Education/ Experience:
BSEE, BsC, or other technology-related degree.
10+ years of industry experience in a Scrum Master role.
13+ years of experience in Project or Program Management role.
CSM or equivalent agile certification is required.
Advanced proficiency in Jira, with experience in configuring boards, managing workflows, and generating reports.
Well versed in modern project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Planview, MS Project, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
Proven experience in training and coaching teams on Scrum principles and Agile practices.
Experience managing complex IT Application projects with cross functional and globally dispersed teams,

The starting hourly range for this remote role is Hourly rate $80 to $85. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
