About the Role:
As Manager, Professional Services, you will oversee and support a team of Professional Services Consultants, who are responsible for implementing our ICM solution for clients. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and customer relationship management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure our clients receive high-quality service and solutions tailored to their needs.
Team Leadership & Development Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Provide coaching and career development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance.
Recruit and onboard top talent to support business growth.
Project Oversight & Delivery Responsibilities:
Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality implementation of the ICM platform for clients.
Act as an escalation point for complex implementation challenges, working closely with consultants to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Establish and enforce best practices, methodologies, and standards to optimize service delivery.
Track and analyze key performance metrics for service delivery, team utilization, and customer satisfaction.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance implementation efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on platform enhancements based on customer implementations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Implementation within a SaaS or Enterprise Software environment.
2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, coaching and developing technical consulting teams.
Experience with data integration, configuration, or business process automation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external teams.
Bonus Points:
Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Sales Performance Management (SPM), or Financial/HR technology solutions.
Experience with ICM platforms such as Xactly, Varicent, or Anaplan.
Technical expertise in SQL, ETL, or scripting languages.
PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.), and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
