Your role... 
ReSource Pro is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager with experience in the Commercial Lines Insurance Condo Co-op market to join our growing service delivery team. Our award-winning Insurance Experience Center has a reputation of exceptional service to our clients and their needs.

Please note this position is open to candidates who reside in the Eastern Time Zone or Central Tim Zone only to meet the needs of the client. 

You will...

  • Manage large books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
  • Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks
  • Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
  • Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
  • Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients
  • Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks
  • Lead day-to-day customer interactions
  • Use your subject matter expertise to consult with customers and advise colleagues
  • Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions
What you need to be successful… 
  • 5-7 years of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center is required
  • 2+ years of Condo Co-op experience is required
  • Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Experience working in Agency Management System required
  • Non-resident licenses for other states preferred
  • Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Must be in the EST or CST time zone

Your Compensation… 
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $52,010-$73,574 annually. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
