Functional Analyst I – Clinical

📍 Remote | U.S. Citizenship Required

🔹 Position Overview
3500 Square is seeking a Functional Analysts to join our team in support of the Department of Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) Program. This program plays a critical role in deploying a modern Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to improve healthcare services for 9.6 million active military personnel, their families, and beneficiaries worldwide.

As a Clinical Functional Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the End User Engagement Team, helping optimize clinical and business workflows for MHS GENESIS, the DoD’s electronic health record system.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Support key customer meetings, including setup, facilitation, and content review
✔ Organize and manage workflow designs for system optimization
✔ Track and monitor workflow approvals and feedback forms
✔ Maintain content in Orange Vector
✔ Manage weekly workflow allocation and track delayed workflows
✔ Provide support to ensure program goals and technical requirements are met
✔ Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle teams to drive efficiency

🔹 Qualifications
✅ Education & Experience: BS degree + 5 years of relevant experience
✅ Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain ADP2/IT2 Public Trust (Tier 3 investigation)
✅ Clinical background
✅ Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium
✅ Familiarity with federal government healthcare systems
✅ Strong skills in Microsoft Office
✅ Ability to work effectively in a virtual, independent environment
