Job description

This is a remote position.


Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Minimum of 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, Flexible During Client Business Hours)
Client Location/Timezone: NSW/ACWST

Client Overview:
We have been operating around Central West NSW for 15 years, providing a variety of arbor services to a host of clients. With modest beginnings, it has steadily progressed and has now established itself as a successful arbor company based in Australia.

Responsibilities:
• Experience in taking calls, scheduling, and using a CRM (bonus points if they are familiar with ServiceM8, 3CX, and Microsoft Outlook).

• Extensive customer service experience is highly preferred.

• Experience working with an Australian company or client is a strong advantage.

• Proactive with strong initiative—someone who can confidently assist Hayden in making decisions, provide suggestions, and say “no” when something isn’t beneficial for the company.

• Highly organized, capable of multitasking daily responsibilities such as scheduling work orders, tracking payments, sending invoices, and answering phone calls simultaneously.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite, Excel, and other office productivity tools is a must.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in note-taking, documentation, and data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to learn new software and tools quickly

Technical Requirements (Laptop/Desktop):
Windows Processor: Intel i3 - 6th Generation/Ryzen 5 - 3rd Generation, Operating System: Windows 10 and up
MAC Processor with an Operating System of Catalina and Up Only
RAM: 8GB and up
At least 25 Mbps Internet speed
