What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong technical background in Salesforce.com and Force.com development. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce.com platform to address our clients' unique business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success, to architect and implement robust CRM solutions that optimize customer engagement and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical expert in Salesforce.com and Force.com development, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design scalable and efficient custom CRM solutions using the Salesforce.com platform.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer needs, translating them into actionable technical requirements and system designs.

  • Develop custom applications, features, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce.com development tools.

  • Configure and customize Salesforce.com instances to meet specific business requirements, including data migration, workflow automation, and business process automation.

  • Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce.com and external systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth information flow.

  • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure best practices, maintainable code, and optimized performance.

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes to showcase the technical capabilities and value of the CRM solutions to clients.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce.com features, releases, and industry trends, and proactively share knowledge with the team and stakeholders.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users and internal teams on Salesforce.com development best practices, advanced functionality, and new features.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant Salesforce.com certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II) are highly desirable.

  • Proven experience working as a Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com development and customization.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com platform architecture, configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and industry best practices.

  • Extensive experience developing custom applications, features, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce.com development tools.

  • Proficient in Salesforce.com declarative programming, SOQL, SOSL, and web services integration (REST and SOAP).

  • Experience with data migration, data modeling, and data management within Salesforce.com.

  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome technical challenges.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
