Job description

About the job 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Solutions Project Manager to oversee the planning, development, and delivery of solutions that support business objectives and customer needs. This role requires a combination of project management expertise and strategic thinking to drive successful implementation across multiple stakeholders and teams. 

You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals. Your ability to manage risks, track performance, and drive continuous improvement will be key to delivering high-quality solutions. 

What you can look forward to in this role 

Reporting to Director Solution Management, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful solutions and optimizing project execution. Your expertise in project management will ensure successful planning and delivery of initiatives that enhance business performance. 

You will make an impact by: 

  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for solution delivery. 

  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. 

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define solution requirements and oversee implementation. 

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for external customers and partners during the project lifecycle. 

  • Overseeing the testing, deployment, and integration of solutions into existing systems. 

  • Ensuring quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project. 

  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and solution effectiveness. 

  • Identifying areas for improvement in solution delivery processes and implementing best practices. 

To thrive in this role, you: 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. 

  • Have 5+ years of experience in project management, solution management, or a related role. 

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. 

  • Have proven ability to engage, influence, and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, customers, and senior management. 

  • Have excellent communication skills, tailoring messaging to various stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively. 

  • Are adaptable, innovative, and customer-focused in your approach.
