Job description

Make a meaningful impact in patients' lives by joining our PMO office as an eCOA Project Coordinator! Collaborate with our Project Managers to coordinate clinical studies and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering superior customer service by supporting clients in using Clario’s products throughout clinical trials.

  • Collaborating with diverse project teams (Project Manager, Data Management, Archive Team) to develop and deliver Clario products that ensure high-quality clinical data.

  • Managing the lifecycle of customer-reported issues, ensuring timely resolution by support and development teams.

  • Recording and tracking key project metrics and providing regular monitoring updates to clients via phone or web.

  • Performing study-specific tasks during each project phase:

    • Development: Study documentation, deployment planning, internal training.

    • Monitoring: Reporting, issue management, process improvements, inventory management.

    • Close-Out: Data and inventory reconciliation, study documentation management.

  • Ensuring compliance with training requirements and responding to customer inquiries.

  • Leading various aspects of projects as needed and working on related tasks as assigned.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong customer service orientation.

  • Comfortable in a technologically dynamic environment and eager to adopt new systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Healthcare or medical experience preferred, with knowledge or interest in the drug development process.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Interest in applying technology to clinical trials.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and visiting our local office twice a week
