What you’ll do:

Schedule all interviews through our candidate scheduling tool, GoodTime, while keeping all candidates consistently up to date on status
Champion our culture and represent Underdog as the first point of contact to candidates
Create an exceptional, high touch candidate experience and evangelize the importance of this in staying competitive as an employer of choice
Become an expert in GoodTime and Greenhouse ATS, and pull reports, maintain data integrity, and help manage configuration
Contribute to side projects related to our employer brand, onboarding, and other related recruiting operations needs
Manage and streamline the inbound application process, ensuring timely review and accurate tracking to support efficient hiring workflows

Who you are:

Obsessively organized and detail-oriented
Highly curious – you’re interested in asking questions, speaking up, and raising concerns when needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an extreme commitment to following up
Action-oriented, with the ability to push things forward and drive results
Adaptable to evolving circumstances
Competitive spirit and desire to make an impact
An interest in pursuing a career as a Recruiter or Sourcer

Even better if you have…

1+ year of professional experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment and/or corporate administrative experience
Experience with GoodTime Scheduling, Greenhouse, and / or other applicant tracking systems

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $31 and $34/hr, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
