Job description

At Cadence 3, we specialize in digital marketing and events for tech companies, with a strong focus on Microsoft. We're a Microsoft house, meaning we live and breathe the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office 365 and Microsoft Teams. We're proud to work with major brands like Microsoft and are committed to delivering excellent results for our clients.

We’re a team of around 15 full-time employees, with additional support from consultants, and we operate mostly remotely or in a hybrid setup. Based in Seattle, we offer flexibility, with an office located in Kirkland. Our culture is all about collaboration, innovation, and efficiency, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to join us in driving excellence in everything we do.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited about improving processes across the business. You will play a pivotal role in executing the CEO's vision and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your goal will be to increase efficiency, improve the client experience, and support our business growth.

In this role, you will:

🔧 Manage weekly workstream leads, SCRUM, Open Office Hours, and sales review meetings
📈 Oversee project P&L management, including budgeting and financial analysis
📅 Help drive organizational efficiency across sales, marketing, and client delivery
🛠️ Lead team meetings, take notes, and ensure action items are followed up on
📊 Implement and optimize systems to enhance operational performance
📝 Assist with client compliance reporting and track project progress
💻 Ensure proper onboarding and support for team members
🧑‍💻 Support tools and systems to ensure their full potential
📑 Maintain and update SharePoint and HR systems

Working Hours ⏰: This role is full-time (40 hours per week). You’ll need to work a schedule that overlaps 50% of the day with our core business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Project management experience in a client-facing environment
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power BI
✅ Proven experience in process optimization and data analysis
✅ Experience in budgeting and financial management
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
✅ Familiar with tools like WordPress, Hubspot, Slack, and Zoom

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience in digital marketing or with tech companies
⭐ Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools
⭐ Leadership skills and experience managing a remote team
⭐ Knowledge of tools like Bamboo HR and Quickbooks
⭐ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
