Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remotely.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Manage candidate relationships and serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role (3-5 years experience)
  • iGaming experience
  • Deep understanding of the tech industry and its talent landscape
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Results-oriented and self-driven
