Mission

Livestorm Account Management team is a team of entrepreneurial and driven sales professionals. They are playing a key role in the expansion of Livestorm as we establish ourselves as a market leader in the video communication market, leveraging Livestorm's existing customer references, marketing programs, turning leads into long-lasting partnerships.

Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and leading the growth of our existing business, partnering with a set of our key accounts to help set the tone for our sales organisation. Our team is heavily focused on expanding and renewing customers by engaging early-on, before subscription renewals. The health of the existing customer base is crucial when retaining the accounts that have already been closed. We work alongside the Customer Success Team to drive adoption and user engagement, which will aid in the efforts for the Account Manager to grow the account.

You will report to our AM Team Lead and Head of Sales, and will closely collaborate with all our teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Product and Finance) to drive maximum value and success with existing customers.

We are a remote-first company. As a matter of fact, the members of our teams are located between France, USA, Germany and Portugal so we are looking for the best talent, no matter where you live.


In this role, you will:

  • Build relationships with Livestorm's customers ensuring revenue growth and customer retention

  • Work closely with our CSM Team to manage your customer portfolio, and understand their KPIs and challenges

  • Nurture and expand existing accounts

  • Develop strategic territory plans to outline opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, expansion to new business units, and achieve business goals

  • Build, maintain and convert pipeline

  • Grow business through rigorous business management execution

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships to top-decision-makers at C-levels

  • Coordinate multi-functional team to sign multi-years strategic agreements

  • Meet core KPI's around pipeline coverage progression, forecast, meetings, and general activity

  • Develop and use Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth

  • Meet and exceed quota
