Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our Voice Process team in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone to provide support, resolve issues, and offer information about products or services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns and troubleshoot problems efficiently. Provide solutions in a clear and concise manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Call Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
  • Documentation: Accurately document each call and update the customer database with relevant information and resolutions.
  • Quality Adherence: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure that high-quality customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members and supervisors to address complex queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Targets & Deadlines: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and response times.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to enhance the overall customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent. Graduation is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Additional language proficiency (e.g., Hindi, regional languages) is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Strong focus on customer service, with a commitment to ensuring customers are satisfied with every interaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and efficient manner, finding solutions that align with company policies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to adapt to changes in processes and technology.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with using computer systems and MS Office tools. Knowledge of CRM software and call management systems is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Shifts: Candidates should be willing to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts (if required), based on business requirements.
  • Location: The role requires employees to work from the office, and work-from-home options may be available depending on the companys policies.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but candidates with previous customer service or BPO experience may be given preference.
