We are now looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers to join our team and help scale our platform. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our product team and advisors to refine and optimize our platform for scalability and user experience.
• Develop and maintain robust front-end (React Native) and back-end (Node.js) components.
• Improve system efficiency and performance, ensuring the platform can support large-scale beta testing and production use.
• Integrate AI-driven features, automated translations, and APIs for seamless user interactions across multiple languages.
• Conduct stress testing and scalability assessments to ensure the system can handle high application volumes.
• Work closely with government agencies and partners to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with React Native and Node.js.
• Strong expertise in building scalable, user-friendly applications.
• Experience with multi-language support, including API-based translation integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and database management.
• Ability to conduct performance testing and optimize application responsiveness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in AI-powered automation and machine learning applications.
• Experience integrating payment processing and secure data handling.
• Prior work with government or compliance-heavy applications.
