Shape the future of e-mobility! IONITY is building the leading high-power charging network for electric vehicles across Europe. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asset Manager to manage our key accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, maximizing partner satisfaction, and strategically expanding our charging network. You will be the primary point of contact for our key partners, driving contract renewals and extensions, and contributing to our tender submissions.
Responsibilities:Â- Key Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for existing key and single accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Ensure proper execution of IONITY's contractual obligations, partner satisfaction, and end-customer satisfaction. This includes coordinating internal stakeholders for site operation, cleaning, and reporting.
- Contract Management & Network Expansion: Manage contract amendments (e.g., site extensions) and renewals (e.g., lease duration extensions). Define and execute IONITYâs strategy to renew and extend public concessions on highways.
- Tender Management & Strategic Partnerships: Prepare responses to public and private tenders, including document preparation, internal alignment, and business plan checks. Foster and maintain long-term relationships with site partners and service companies. Participate in legislative and partnership monitoring and attend relevant industry association meetings. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Network Operations, Network Development, Accounting, Legal, etc.).
