Job description

This is a remote position.

Sales Operations:
Develop and manage lead scoring models to qualify and assign leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
Analyze sales performance metrics and collaborate with sales leadership to optimize sales processes and methodologies.
Assist in creating accurate sales forecasts and track key metrics like conversion rates and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Generate and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor progress and trends.

Sales Tools Technology:
Manage and optimize the use of HubSpot and other sales tools.
Train sales teams on the effective use of sales technology and explore new tools to improve processes.

Outbound Operations:
Assist in the development and execution of targeted email campaigns and alternative outreach strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, social media, cold calling).
Monitor and improve the performance of email campaigns and call strategies through analysis and optimization.

Data Management Analysis:
Maintain and enhance customer data accuracy in HubSpot through cleansing and enrichment.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and inform business decisions.
Provide insights on sales trends, seasonality, and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies.
